What to Expect
Making the decision to get a little extra support around health and wellness goals can feel conflicting! On the one hand, it can certainly feel exciting to start something you know has the potential to make a significant difference to your well-being. On the other hand, can we admit? Change can be hard.
Our first session will be spent with me getting to know you, and gathering a bit more information about you, including the reason you are seeking a health change. While we are chatting, it will be important for you to assess your comfort level with the process of change, and with me. If you feel that your support team offers comfort and trust, you will feel more likely to succeed! At the end of the first session, you will have the opportunity to decide, based on my professional assessment and recommendations, as well as how ready you feel, what level of commitment you would like to move forward with.

My Approach
My goal as your coach is to provide a comfortable, exploratory atmosphere where we can work together as co-collaborators on your unique goals. I find great value in the things that have made you who you are today and will help to bring awareness to how all facets of your life are involved in your wellness journey. I will teach you how the things in the past can be utilized for positive health change towards your future, EVEN if they may not be viewed as positive or productive. I aim to empower my clients with the tools, education and support needed to make sustainable shifts in their health and well-being by exploring the barriers that have created “stuck spots” or “failure perception” and help them learn new, lasting patterns that bring satisfaction.
Fees
Fees for coaching are contingent on your personal health goals and aim to be budget friendly. Rooted Elements Health and Wellness offers A La Carte pricing as well as 6, 8 and 12 week bundles. Additional pricing is provided for add-ons or unique situations such as: movement mentor, pantry purge, grocery shopping or athletic/fitness plans.
